Originally from Virginia, Dr. Condra holds his master’s and doctoral degrees in political science from Baylor University, a master’s degree in liberal arts from St. John’s College, and his bachelor’s degree in music with a minor in history from the College of William & Mary.
Mrs. Nikki Dixon (Registrar)
Mrs. Nikki Dixon, a native of Rochester, New York, has lived in the Fort Mill/Rock Hill area for over 25 years. She earned her bachelor’s degree in sociology with a minor in psychology from Winthrop University. Her favorite books include those by J.C. Ryle and To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee.
Mrs. Anne Baer (Kindergarten Teacher)
Mrs. Baer grew up in Milton, Georgia, and recently graduated from St. Thomas Aquinas College in Santa Paula, California. Her favorite book is Little Men by Louisa May Alcott.
Mr. Gregory Baer (Upper School Science and Latin Teacher)
Mr. Baer recently graduated from Thomas Aquinas College, a classical liberal arts school in California, with a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts. His primary emphases for this degree were in Philosophy and Theology. His favorite book is The Lord of the Rings by J.R.R. Tolkien.
Mrs. Rachael Williams (School Nurse)
Originally from Lynchburg, Virginia, Ms. Williams earned her BSN, RN from Liberty University. Her favorite book is The Hobbit by J.R.R. Tolkien.
Mrs. Valarie Hutto (First Grade Teacher)
Originally from Madison County, Georgia, Mrs. Hutto completed two years of college before enlisting in the army for five years. She then completed her college education and graduated with a degree in nursing before accepting a commission in the U.S. Army where she spent the following eight years in the Army Nurse Corps. Her favorite book is Jane Austen’s Pride and Prejudice.
Mrs. Gina Mitchell (Second Grade Teacher)
Originally from New Mexico, Mrs. Mitchell earned her bachelor’s in Spanish from Texas Tech University as well as a certificate in Elementary Education from the University of New Mexico. Her favorite book is Angela’s Ashes by Frank McCourt.
Mrs. Christian Bell (Third Grade Teacher)
Mrs. Bell is originally from upstate, South Carolina. She graduated from The University of Alabama in Huntsville with a B.A. in elementary education. Her favorite book is Miss Rumphius by Barbara Cooney.
Ms. Kassie Stiling (Third Grade Teacher)
Originally from Carthage, New York, she has lived in the Fort Mill / Rock Hill area of South Carolina with her family since 2000. She has a bachelor’s degree in health and fitness and a master’s degree in biblical counseling from Bob Jones University. Her favorite book is The Count of Monte Cristo by Alexandre Dumas.

Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, Ms. Phillips holds her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources from Western Kentucky University. Her favorite book is the Bible.

Originally from York County, South Carolina, Mr. Stiling holds both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees. His favorite books are The Bible and Dante’s The Divine Comedy.

Originally from India, Ms. Geo holds her bachelor’s and master’s degrees. Her favorite book is A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens.
